Why the asset and network both matter
A ticker such as USDT or USDC can exist on several blockchains. The token name alone is not enough to route a payment. The withdrawal network in your wallet or exchange must exactly match the route on the payment page.
Native coins can also have wrapped or bridged representations. BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, and LTC on Litecoin are not interchangeable with similarly named tokens on another chain.
Five checks for every crypto order
- Product: verify the deliverable, region, term, edition, device count, requirements, and total.
- Network: match the outgoing wallet network to the payment page exactly.
- Destination: copy the full address from the private payment page, never from email or chat.
- Amount and fees: make sure gas or withdrawal fees do not reduce the amount received.
- Time: send before expiry and retain the transaction ID while confirmations complete.
When is a payment final?
Awaiting payment means an order and quote exist. Transaction submitted means an on-chain identifier is stored for review, not that payment is confirmed. Only an authenticated operator can match the final transfer, mark payment verified, and begin manual fulfillment.
Never resend automatically because a page appears delayed. Check the transaction in a public explorer, then contact support with the order reference and transaction ID.
How crypto quotes work
Product prices are denominated in USD. Stablecoin quotes use the displayed USD total. BTC, LTC, ETH, and SOL amounts use the server's current USD exchange-rate feed and remain fixed for the countdown shown on the payment page. Network and exchange withdrawal fees stay separate.
