Which crypto fees can apply?
Product total
This is the fixed USD-denominated amount shown in the catalog. Stablecoin quotes use that USD amount. BTC, LTC, ETH, and SOL quotes use the server's current USD exchange-rate feed and the asset precision shown on the order.
Blockchain fee
The sender pays the blockchain fee in addition to the quoted amount. Your wallet must have enough native gas, where required, and the fee must not reduce what arrives at the displayed destination.
Wallet or exchange fee
An exchange can charge a separate withdrawal fee or minimum. Confirm whether it adds that fee or subtracts it from the transfer. An underpayment pauses fulfillment.
AI Gift Pay does not add a different price after the payment page is created. If a 20-minute quote expires before payment, create a new order rather than sending the old amount.
What happens after payment?
- Select a checkout-ready product, email, asset, and exact network.
- Use the private payment page to verify the address, amount, network, and countdown.
- Send the exact amount and submit the on-chain transaction ID.
- An authenticated operator checks the chain, finality, destination, token contract where applicable, and received amount.
- The order enters manual fulfillment and the listed code, key, claim link, or other approved deliverable is sent to the order email.
The expected delivery window is stated on each product page. Most checkout-ready items are targeted for manual delivery within 2–24 hours after payment verification. Availability, compliance review, provider outages, and inaccurate order details can cause delay.

What if an order is delayed?
Do not send a second payment. Check the transfer in a public explorer, then email support@aigiftpay.com from the order email with the order reference and transaction ID. Never send a password, seed phrase, private key, or remote-access code.
