The ETH pre-send checklist

The private payment page is authoritative. If your wallet's asset or network label does not exactly match, stop. Do not guess based on address format, fee, or speed.

Mistakes a refund may not be able to fix

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. The refund policy can protect a correctly paid order that AI Gift Pay cannot fulfill; it cannot promise recovery of funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported token, or an unrelated scammer.

  • Do not use a payment address copied from an email, message, search result, or social post.
  • Do not split a payment or send a top-up without written instructions tied to the same order.
  • Do not resend merely because review is not instant; check the transaction ID first.

When is the order paid?
