1. Agreement and order acceptance
By checking the policy box and requesting a payment page, you agree to these terms and ask AI Gift Pay to begin processing after final payment. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live take priority over conflicting terms.
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy the selected product. A quote, payment-page visit, detected transfer, or transaction-ID submission is not acceptance or proof of fulfillment. AI Gift Pay accepts an order after final payment and the required product, stock, eligibility, fraud, and compliance checks are complete. If a fully paid order cannot be accepted, the refund policy applies.
2. Products and availability
AI Gift Pay is an independent digital-goods retailer. Catalog listings state the product, provider, deliverable format, region, term, device or account limit, requirements, expected delivery window, provider or face-value reference, fixed $5 service fee, and total before payment. A deliverable can be an eligible gift-card code, official subscription code, protected provider claim link, or another format expressly named on the listing.
AI Gift Pay does not sell shared logins, pre-made accounts, passwords, wallet access, geographic bypasses, volume-license keys represented as retail, or a product materially different from the listing. Provider redemption, activation, account, hardware, region, use, renewal, and license rules continue to apply after delivery.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide an accurate order email and review every listing requirement before paying. You are responsible for selecting the correct product, edition, region, term, device count, account type, and activation or redemption route. Do not use the service to bypass provider restrictions, sanctions, export controls, supported-location rules, fraud checks, or another person's rights.
AI Gift Pay may reject, cancel, or refund an order when fulfillment would conflict with applicable law, a payment or network rule, provider terms, stock limitations, or reasonable security and fraud controls.
4. Price and direct-wallet crypto payment
The catalog states a USD-denominated AI Gift Pay total for each product, calculated from the displayed provider or face-value reference plus a fixed $5 service fee. Blockchain fees and wallet or exchange withdrawal fees are separate unless checkout expressly says otherwise. A private payment page freezes the selected product, asset, network, destination, amount, token contract where applicable, rate source, and expiry for 20 minutes.
You must send the exact quoted amount using the exact asset, network, destination, and token contract shown. Crypto transfers can be irreversible. A transaction ID is not proof of payment. AI Gift Pay treats payment as verified only after an authenticated operator checks the authoritative chain record for success, finality, destination, contract where applicable, amount, and transaction uniqueness.
AI Gift Pay does not connect to or take custody of your wallet. A QR scan, payment-page visit, wallet screenshot, browser status, or transaction submission cannot mark an order paid by itself. Never send payment instructions copied from email, chat, social media, or a lookalike domain.
5. Manual fulfillment, cancellation, and refunds
Fulfillment begins only after payment verification and any required eligibility or stock review. Each product page states its expected manual-delivery window; that window is a service target rather than a guarantee when provider outages, compliance review, network conditions, or incorrect customer information cause delay.
You may request cancellation before procurement or digital delivery. Once a code, key, or claim link has been procured, revealed, sent, activated, or redeemed, cancellation may be unavailable because digital value cannot reliably be recalled. Defective, previously used, materially misdescribed, or seller-caused non-delivery cases remain covered by the refund and replacement policy and mandatory law.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using stolen funds, unauthorized payment instruments, or fraudulent order information.
- Manipulating prices, quotes, access tokens, transaction identifiers, payment status, rate limits, or the private order desk.
- Using the service to evade sanctions, export controls, provider eligibility, licensing, geographic, or account restrictions.
- Impersonating AI Gift Pay, a product provider, wallet, exchange, blockchain explorer, or support representative.
- Reselling, sharing, or using a delivered item in breach of the provider's license or terms.
7. Independent retailer and trademarks
AI Gift Pay is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official checkout of the brands named in the catalog unless a specific listing explicitly states a documented relationship. Product and company names are used only to identify the goods requested. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Availability, risk, and liability
Inventory, provider terms, exchange rates, blockchain conditions, and third-party services can change. To the extent permitted by law, AI Gift Pay is not responsible for loss caused by a transfer to the wrong address or network, an unsupported asset, omitted memo or tag, wallet compromise, exchange hold, provider outage, or blockchain congestion outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct and mandatory rights relating to defective, counterfeit, or misdescribed goods.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or a forum right provided by the law where the consumer lives.
